Pick your ATA:

Update your 911 Address

It’s important to keep your address up to date in your account information. That way, in case of an emergency, help will be sent to the right location.

Here’s how to change your address:

  1. Log into MyPrimus
  2. Select Service Overview from the top menu. Then select My Services.

  3. From the Your Services section go to the Home Phone service and expand with the arrow.
  4. Click on Update Your 911 Address.

  5. Fill in your contact information: your name, email, phone, and Primus account number. Enter your new address and the date it is effective.
  6. Double-check that your information is correct, confirm your 911 consent and click Submit.

  7. A confirmation screen will appear.
