Primus Canada gladly accepts the following forms of payment:

Preauthorized Cheque/Credit Card Payment:

From our website please print a copy of our preauthorized payment form. Select either preauthorized cheque or preauthorized credit card and supply the appropriate information. Fax your completed form to our customer service department at 1-888-884-2398 and they will be gladly set your account up.

Online/Telephone Banking

To register Primus Canada as a payee you will require a copy of your bill with your account number. Please login to online banking through your bank or call your telephone banking number. Follow the prompts to register a “new payee”. Select “Primus Canada”, enter your “payee account number” which is numeric number indicated on your invoice as “customer/account number” in the top right corner. You will now be able to remit your monthly payments through online or telephone banking.

Over the Counter Bank Payment

(available to customers who have bar coded paper invoices only)
Please take your original invoice with the bar coded remittance slip to your bank. A teller will be happy to take your payment.

Cheque:

For customers who receive a paper copy of their invoices by mail, payments maybe made by return cheque. Please make cheques payable to Primus Canada and ensure you include the remittance slip with your payment.

One Time Credit Card Payments

Please call either our customer service department at 1-888-501-8430 or our collections department at 1-800-433-3325. They will process your payment immediately and provide you with a confirmation number.

Wire Payments

Primus Canada accepts wire payments. For those companies interested in utilizing this method of payment please send an email to remittance@primustel.ca and they will be happy to send you the required information and instructions.
