FAQ

Where are all of the contacts I had in the old webmail (webmail.primus.ca)?
Your address book will be copied to the new Primus Webmail (<www.primusmail.ca>) system on January 15, 2004. On that date, we suggest you start using the new webmail exclusively, as any new entries in the old webmail address book after Janaury 15, 2004 will NOT be automatically copied to the new webmail - you will have to recreate them on the new webmail.

Will Primus be able to copy my address book from the old webmail to the new webmail after January 15, 2004?
No, sorry. Primus will perform a one-time-only copy of your address book information on January 15, 2004.
