Enterprise Client Manager
Status: Regular Full Time
Location: Toronto & Ottawa, ON

The Enterprise Client Manager (ECM) is responsible for retaining and growing the revenue of our enterprise accounts by providing pro-active strategic account management. The focus of this position is to establish relationships with an assigned customer base with the objective of maintaining satisfied customers who will remain with and recommend Primus along with identifying opportunities for additional sales.


Responsibilities:
Send out Welcome letter introducing ECM and ECIS as soon as customer is signed
Review 1st bill with customer, ensuring all is delivered and provisioned as expected
Set up regular customer contact through phone calls or customer visits:
- Continually review customer’s requirements and existing services
- Provide AE leads for the potential up-sell of products
- Proactively update customers on new products, product updates or operational technical issues
- Renewal of contracts
- Monitor and evaluate revenue activity, addressing issues during contact
Advocate for the customer by escalating provisioning, service or technical issues through to resolution
Research and understand the client business, working strategically with Direct team to target selling opps
Track and manage regular contact with customer, providing ‘Service Summary’ reporting to sales management
Update/maintain all account info, including current network diagrams, contact and contract details
Work with Support teams to prepare and present customer with incident reports on high impacting issues
Audit products and services on the account for billing discrepancies to be reviewed with customer
Follow established processes for submitting credit/debt requests and submitting MAC information
Provide management with a post mortem report on lost or cancelled customers
Assist other departments with disputed accounts and Sales Execs with closing deals
Special Projects and other duties as required

What We're Looking for In You:
 
3-5+ years of proven sales support experience with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction
Superior computer skills with advanced MS Office skills
Extremely professional with excellent interpersonal, relationship, and communication skills (written, oral, and presentation)
Excellent problem solving skills and ability to meet demanding time constraints
Self-motivated and independent. Excels with ambiguous situations as a chance to show leadership
Ability to conduct and manage multiple projects and priorities
Ability to propel and maintain cross functional resources/relationships to deliver and meet customer expectations

Program Delivery Manager
Status: Regular Full Time
Location: Toronto, ON

The Program Delivery Manager is responsible for the implementation, execution, and operations management of sales initiatives through assigned acquisition channels and specific Marketing driven programs. In addition, Program Delivery Manager will review daily/weekly/monthly sales statistics to measure performance results and track marketing expenses to ensure adherence to the approved budget.


Responsibilities:
Assist with yearly budget planning, preparation of financial analysis and other reporting as required
Prepare and negotiate third party supplier/vendor service agreements
Proactively manage third party supplier/vendors to ensure Primus Canada service standards and performance deliverables are met
Co-ordinate activities to ensure assigned acquisition channels meet sales, quality measurements and revenue targets
Prepare and maintain training manuals and other informative materials to ensure sales staff are adequately trained to meet sales and quality objectives
Monitors and modifies fulfillment processes for sales orders into the order entry system
Provide on-going support to acquisition channel contacts
Reconcile and prepare monthly commission payments as required
Monitor the performance metrics of assigned acquisition channels and provide variance analysis (i.e. Sales per Hour, Cost per Order)
Ensure all project deliverables are successfully met and completed on time; occasional travel to offsite locations and additional hours may be required
Monitor the success of assigned acquisition channels and programs – track and report revenue and expenses on a monthly/yearly basis or as required
Identify new opportunities/incentives/offers to expand customer base
Other duties as required

What We're Looking for In You:
 
3-5 years Sales/Marketing and supervisory experience with a strong understanding sales account management – preferably with 3rd party call centres.
Experience in handling the implementation, execution and management of multiple sales campaigns
Telecommunications experience an asset.
PC Skills – working knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, Power Point and Excel.
Working knowledge of telecom

Associate, Product Manager
Status: Regular Full Time
Location: Toronto, ON

Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, the Associate. Product Manager will assist in the creation, definition, launch and support of the product portfolio in Primus Business Services. The main focus of this position as part of the Product team is to ensure assigned products meets the market needs; are competitive and improve overall revenue and gross margin. The Associate Product Manager will be responsible for ensuring the success of Hosted PBX, SIP Trunking, and Data Network Access product portfolios in the SMB market.


Responsibilities:
Assist the Product Manager in the management of new product development initiatives
Produce and maintain content for sales kits/ other customer and sales facing collateral
Conducts costing analysis and provides recommendations to Product Manager and Senior Product Manager regarding pricing and promotions
Produces reports on sales activity, conducts ROI analysis on promotional and other marketing activities. Works closely with Finance group to continuously monitor cost structure of products
Assist in creating and defining business plans, rate plans and product concepts
Supports the Special Pricing Request process, evaluating special pricing requests and providing guidance, feedback and decisions/recommendations to the field and or Product Manager
Communicates with customers via the telephone and e-mail to investigate product concerns and provide added support
Respond to product inquiries from all internal sales representatives across North America on issues related to quantitative and qualitative pricing and product knowledge support
Monitor product performance metrics and evaluate marketing activities
Maintains contact with vendors to ensure reliability of product
Participate in Sales calls as requested and visits customers to support sales activities
Maintain constant contact with regional sales offices to remain current on customer needs, competitive activities, emerging trends, etc. – this knowledge is needed for product strategy and execution
Conduct competitive analysis to measure Primus' market positioning in relation to key competitors
Maintain strong cross-functional relationships with all functional areas of the company – critical to the success of the products

University Degree (Bachelors) in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, or Engineering
1-2 years of previous product, marketing, or related telephony experience
Previous telecom experience
A working understanding of telephony, network access, or technology fundamentals

Senior Marketing Manager
Status: Regular Full Time

Reporting to the Senior Director, Marketing, the Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for the strategy and execution of marketing campaigns as well as creating product positioning and messaging for the product portfolio in Primus Business Services. This individual will interface with agencies, including public relations, advertising, and marketing services providers. The position works closely with commercial sales to plan, develop and implement marketing communication and sales promotion activities. The Senior Marketing Manager leads a team of Marketing Managers responsible for content creation, sales engagement, and go to market activities


Responsibilities:
Create and manage marketing campaigns for multiple product portfolios, while tracking results and taking accountability for results
Manage list requirements to drive leads to sales
Lead the development and implementation of marketing plans
Develop and launch marketing tactics such as print, social media, public relations, etc.
Manage effective relationships with external agencies
Creation of Advertising, Public Relations, and overall marketing plans, including managing associated budget

Lead Development Representatives

Primus Professional Development Program - Business Development & Sales:

This is a highly competitive program that will transition you to become a full Primus Account Executive. Whether you are experienced in the workforce or a new university or college graduate, the program will help take your career to the next level. People entering the program typically will spend one year in an entry-level sales role with an emphasis on the initial stages of the sales process doing cold-calling and other forms of lead development. You will have the opportunity to do job-shadowing, undergo extensive sales and product training, and work closely with the sales manager and national sales trainer to develop your career. If you are successful in your role, there will be an opportunity to move to an Account Executive position at Primus.


Responsibilities:
Research and compile data for targeting prospects for cold calling
Prepare daily call sheets, including geographical segmentation, market segmentation, and product specific campaigns
Call targeted prospects to confirm decision-makers and book appointments for the Business Services Direct Sales team
Complete approximately 75 cold calls and book and confirm 3 appointments per day
Provide accurate detailed information to prospects regarding Primus Canada, our value proposition including products, coverage areas, success stories, etc.
Ensure all customer contact is documented immediately (i.e. contact information updated, competitive information is captured, etc.)
Complete all post call processing and paperwork in an accurate, timely and efficient manner
Ensure that all information is passed to the appropriate sales representative and proper expectations for follow-up have been set and communicated to both the prospect and the direct sales representative
Complete weekly reporting, including cold calls and contacts made, appointments booked, follow-ups completed, conversion rates, etc.
Review with Sales Managers the approach used, challenges faced, assistance/development required
Review weekly with Sales Managers the 15 appointments that have been booked and confirmed, including decision-makers information, any current service info gathered, specific objections, any competitive advantages in a given opportunity, etc
Other duties and special projects as assigned
