| Enterprise Client Manager Status: Regular Full Time Location: Toronto & Ottawa, ON The Enterprise Client Manager (ECM) is responsible for retaining and growing the revenue of our enterprise accounts by providing pro-active strategic account management. The focus of this position is to establish relationships with an assigned customer base with the objective of maintaining satisfied customers who will remain with and recommend Primus along with identifying opportunities for additional sales. |

| Responsibilities: |
|
| Send out Welcome letter introducing ECM and ECIS as soon as customer is signed | |
| Review 1st bill with customer, ensuring all is delivered and provisioned as expected | |
| Set up regular customer contact through phone calls or customer visits: - Continually review customer’s requirements and existing services - Provide AE leads for the potential up-sell of products - Proactively update customers on new products, product updates or operational technical issues - Renewal of contracts - Monitor and evaluate revenue activity, addressing issues during contact |

| Advocate for the customer by escalating provisioning, service or technical issues through to resolution | |
| Research and understand the client business, working strategically with Direct team to target selling opps | |
| Track and manage regular contact with customer, providing ‘Service Summary’ reporting to sales management | |
| Update/maintain all account info, including current network diagrams, contact and contract details | |
| Work with Support teams to prepare and present customer with incident reports on high impacting issues | |
| Audit products and services on the account for billing discrepancies to be reviewed with customer | |
| Follow established processes for submitting credit/debt requests and submitting MAC information | |
| Provide management with a post mortem report on lost or cancelled customers | |
| Assist other departments with disputed accounts and Sales Execs with closing deals | |
| Special Projects and other duties as required | |
What We're Looking for In You: |

| 3-5+ years of proven sales support experience with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction | |
| Superior computer skills with advanced MS Office skills | |

| Program Delivery Manager Status: Regular Full Time Location: Toronto, ON The Program Delivery Manager is responsible for the implementation, execution, and operations management of sales initiatives through assigned acquisition channels and specific Marketing driven programs. In addition, Program Delivery Manager will review daily/weekly/monthly sales statistics to measure performance results and track marketing expenses to ensure adherence to the approved budget. |

| Responsibilities: |

| Assist with yearly budget planning, preparation of financial analysis and other reporting as required | |
| Prepare and negotiate third party supplier/vendor service agreements | |
| Proactively manage third party supplier/vendors to ensure Primus Canada service standards and performance deliverables are met | |
| Co-ordinate activities to ensure assigned acquisition channels meet sales, quality measurements and revenue targets | |
| Prepare and maintain training manuals and other informative materials to ensure sales staff are adequately trained to meet sales and quality objectives | |
| Monitors and modifies fulfillment processes for sales orders into the order entry system | |
| Provide on-going support to acquisition channel contacts | |
| Reconcile and prepare monthly commission payments as required | |
| Monitor the performance metrics of assigned acquisition channels and provide variance analysis (i.e. Sales per Hour, Cost per Order) | |
| Ensure all project deliverables are successfully met and completed on time; occasional travel to offsite locations and additional hours may be required | |

| Associate, Product Manager Status: Regular Full Time Location: Toronto, ON Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, the Associate. Product Manager will assist in the creation, definition, launch and support of the product portfolio in Primus Business Services. The main focus of this position as part of the Product team is to ensure assigned products meets the market needs; are competitive and improve overall revenue and gross margin. The Associate Product Manager will be responsible for ensuring the success of Hosted PBX, SIP Trunking, and Data Network Access product portfolios in the SMB market. |

| Call targeted prospects to confirm decision-makers and book appointments for the Business Services Direct Sales team | |
| Complete approximately 75 cold calls and book and confirm 3 appointments per day | |
| Provide accurate detailed information to prospects regarding Primus Canada, our value proposition including products, coverage areas, success stories, etc. | |
| Ensure all customer contact is documented immediately (i.e. contact information updated, competitive information is captured, etc.) | |
| Complete all post call processing and paperwork in an accurate, timely and efficient manner | |
| Ensure that all information is passed to the appropriate sales representative and proper expectations for follow-up have been set and communicated to both the prospect and the direct sales representative | |
| Complete weekly reporting, including cold calls and contacts made, appointments booked, follow-ups completed, conversion rates, etc. | |
| Review with Sales Managers the approach used, challenges faced, assistance/development required | |
